- Communications: emails, messages, customer-support requests, complaints, feedback, and photographs, videos or documents you voluntarily provide about a booking or service issue.
Altura does not normally receive or store complete credit or debit card numbers. Online payments are processed by Xendit or another authorised payment provider.
