Villa Club | 2BR Oasis with Private Pool

4/10 soooo much room for improvement Positive: Pool is incredible and the furnishings inside were nice along with the bathroom ave amenities Negative: Dated property, check in process was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world, customer service is terrible, we were advised that they could provide a later checkout only for staff to enter the villa unannounced and demand to know why we were still there Lockbox doesn’t work and even the maintenance guy couldn’t fix it so we couldn’t store our belongings safely

Disappointing experience Positive: The villa is beautiful, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The inside of the villa was very clean overall, and we really appreciated the warm welcome we received. There were a few spider webs, but this was not a big problem for us, as we understand that the villa is surrounded by nature. Negative: Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing because of several problems that stopped us from fully enjoying our stay. First, the location was quite difficult to find. When we arrived, our taxi driver had trouble finding the villa, so getting there was not very easy. The biggest problem was the swimming pool. When we arrived, it was not completely full and had not been cleaned. The staff told us that they would take care of it the next day because there was also a problem with the water that needed to be checked. The next day, the pool was filled with water, but it was still not clean. We thought they would fill and clean it at the same time, but this did not happen. As a result, we lost valuable time waiting for the pool to be ready. The pool was cleaned the next day, but the staff still had to come back the following day to check the water tank. This meant that we could not properly enjoy the pool during our stay, even though having a private pool was one of the main reasons we booked this villa. There was also a problem with the cleaning schedule. On the second day, the staff told us they would come to clean the pool between 1 PM and 3 PM. I was sunbathing in the garden, expecting them to arrive at the agreed time. However, they arrived 20 minutes early without informing us in advance. I had to stop what I was doing and go inside, even though I had planned my afternoon around the time they had given us. I would have appreciated being informed before they arrived earlier than expected, especially since I was outside and wanted to enjoy some privacy. The most frightening experience happened around midnight. We heard noises coming from the garden and were very scared because we were not expecting anyone to be outside at that time. We later found out that a staff member had come to check the water tank, even though we had been told that this would happen between 8 PM and 9 PM. Nobody informed us that someone would be coming so late.
